Approach & Security

How we onboard, document, and secure your systems

No certifications or measured statistics are listed here — this page describes our process instead, so you can judge it directly rather than take our word for it.

Onboarding, step by step

This is what happens in the first weeks of working together, before any ongoing support begins.

  1. Step 1

    Asset and access inventory

We catalog every device, account, license, and system you have, including ones that may have been forgotten about. This becomes the single source of truth for your environment.

  2. Step 2

    Risk findings, in writing

You get a specific, written list of what's outdated, unpatched, unprotected, or misconfigured — ranked by actual risk, not sales pressure.

  3. Step 3

    A prioritized remediation plan

Findings are turned into an ordered plan: what gets fixed first, what can wait, and roughly what each step involves.

  4. Step 4

    A regular review cadence

We agree on how often we'll check in — reporting on what changed, what's coming up, and what decisions need your input.

How we document your environment

  • Network diagrams and system configurations kept current, not written once and forgotten.
  • Credentials stored in a dedicated password manager, not spreadsheets or sticky notes.
  • You retain ownership of your documentation and credentials — access isn't held hostage if you ever change providers.
  • A running log of changes made to your environment, so any future technician can see what happened and why.

How we secure your environment

  • Patches and updates applied on a defined schedule, not left until something breaks.
  • Multi-factor authentication required on critical accounts and systems.
  • Backups tested on a schedule, not just monitored for a completed job status.
  • A written incident response plan agreed on before it's needed, not improvised during one.

How pricing works

CoreBridge bills a flat monthly rate per user or per device, depending on the service. That means a predictable monthly cost instead of an open-ended invoice. Exact numbers depend on your environment and current setup, which is why every engagement starts with a free assessment before any pricing is discussed.

Want to see this applied to your environment?

A free assessment covers the first step above — the asset and access inventory — at no cost.
